Performance Arts Lab: Introductory Workshop on Dramatic Arts & Design

Beyond acting and directing, theater integrates design elements such as lighting, stage, music, costumes, and makeup. The collision and harmony of these diverse components create a unique, multidisciplinary art form.

Li-Tu Theatre has invited professional instructors from Taiwan's theater scene to guide students through their first steps in theatrical design. These workshops cover introductory theory and hands-on practice in three key areas: set, costume, and makeup design. Participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the creative process, building their own design blueprints and developing a unique artistic vision.
